Strengths-based development for teams centers around sharing a common mission and purpose, understanding your unique talents and those of your teammates, and how you can best work together. It provides a common language and context that helps you and your team build bridges and develop new connections for individual and collective growth. When teams take a strengths-based development approach team members identify how to purposefully aim their strengths so the team is better aligned to accomplish their goals and performance objectives.
