About Me

My name is Andrea Spudich

As the Founder of Responsible Leader Group and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I am dedicated to empowering people and organizations, helping them harness their talents and strengths for positive change in their lives, workplaces, and society. ​I collaborate with leaders and their teams to bring a holistic perspective to leadership and talent development focused on personal and professional growth, bringing brands to life, and building performance excellence.

My Story

A defining moment that shaped my career and life journey began with a conversation between my father and an 11-year-old me. On that day, everything changed for me. Until then, my father, an entrepreneur, displayed ongoing courage, hard work, character, and generosity. He taught me to be a good steward of what I’ve been given, to end each day better than I found it, and to understand the shared humanity within everyone. But on this day, I heard regret.  My father told me he was dying and shared his regrets for not doing more.    Years later, I realized the impact of that conversation. Despite his terminal illness, my father never stopped striving to improve himself and the lives of others. He stayed true to himself, and he persevered until the very end. I’ve learned life can be short. It’s important to make the most of who you are in the time you are given. Like my father, I have big dreams - envisioning workplaces and society as opportunities for individuals to contribute their talents and do good.    With over 25 years of experience in industry and management consulting, I have successfully led cross-functional teams, departments, and programs for both Global Fortune 500 and mid-market brands. I’ve had the privilege of helping companies effectively communicate and engage with their customers, build strong brands and reputations, strengthen organizational cultures, and facilitate desired change and cross-functional alignment. This journey, marked by challenges, successes, and invaluable lessons, shaped my perspective on leadership, the dynamics of the modern workplace, and the untapped potential within every individual.   Witnessing firsthand, it became clear: many organizations were struggling to adapt to the demands of the 21st century. Missed opportunities stemmed from a failure to recognize the immense value and potential within their people. What was missing was a leadership approach that fostered a holistic and empowering environment, where teams and individuals felt they had meaningful ownership over their work. Through my work, I learned a crucial lesson: when you develop a culture where people feel seen, heard, and acknowledged for who they are, you create a ripple effect of positive change that not only inspires hope, engagement, and trust among colleagues but also extends to their community.   This personal and professional journey led to the founding of Responsible Leader Group, LLC. Today, my focus is to bring out the best in leaders, their teams, and their organizations. I am dedicated to helping them harness their unique talents and strengths for positive change in their lives, workplaces, and in society.
